Resale of Service. If User is designated by the Company as a reseller of the Service, then such User shall be responsible for ensuring all parties to whom it resells the Service agree and abide by the TOU.
Resale of Service. 18.1 Unless we appoint you in writing as a reseller or wholesale customer, you must not share, resell or resupply a Service for remuneration or reward.
Resale of Service. If Customer resells XO Service or incorporates XO Service into services sold by Customer to its Wholesale Customers or End Users, Customer shall be solely responsible for interfacing with its Wholesale Customers or End Users with respect to its service offerings including, without limitation, order provisioning, billing, collection, billing adjustments/credits, tax collections and payments, customer service, and dispute resolution. XO shall have no responsibility whatsoever to interact with Customer’s Wholesale Customers or End Users, nor shall XO incur any liability to Customer’s Wholesale Customers or End Users for its performance under the Agreement. Customer shall be responsible for: (a) applying and enforcing all applicable provisions in the Agreement to its Wholesale Customers and End Users; and (b) any liability arising from a violation of a Customer obligation under the Agreement by Customer’s Wholesale Customer or End User. If XO discontinues providing Service to Customer for any reason, Customer shall be solely responsible for furnishing any required notice to its affected Wholesale Customers or End Users.
Resale of Service. Resale of the Bundled Services (VoIP, Mobile Data, Fat Pipe Data, Fibre Line and Equipment) is not permitted.

Reselling our services without permission will result in the termination of your internet privileges and services and possible legal action. CANCELLATION POLICY Customers may cancel their service at any time. You may be charged an early termination fee as they pertain to each individual service. A cancellation confirmation number will be issued at the time of the cancellation. This number will be used to verify all cancellations. NO CANCELLATIONS CAN BE CONFIRMED WITHOUT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. Cancellations will go into effect on the last day of the month in which service was cancelled. JH Compunet retains the ownership of all wireless equipment even after the contract period. PAYMENT SCHEDULE. Subscriber will be billed installation charges, as well as the appropriate MRC’s for the Internet Access Service speed selected at the time of the first bill. Provider reserves the right to request payment for any and all equipment associated with the initial installation for Internet access in advance. Internet Access Service charges are due and payable monthly in advance. Failure to pay monthly service charges shall give Provider the right, without liability, to temporarily disconnect Internet Access Service. A returned check will be considered non-payment of the account. Restoration of service will require payment of any unpaid balance and a reconnect charge of $20 may be applied. If service is not reconnected within seven (7) calendar days, the Internet Access Service will be permanently disconnected. To restore service after a permanent disconnect, payment of the full unpaid balance, early termination charge, and pre-payment of new installation charges may apply. Late Payment Fees - A late payment fee of 1.5% per month may be added on accounts not paid within thirty (30) days of billing (18% annum). Returned Check Charge - A $25.00 processing fee will be charged on all returned checks.

Resale of Service. The Services covered by this Agreement are for Customer’s use only. Unless authorized in writing by Cox, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, Customer may not resell any portion of the Service to any other person or third party ; provided, however, Customer may, with Xxx’x prior written consent, resell web hosting for third parties through the Services. Customer shall be responsible for any software and content displayed and distributed by Customer or Customer’s web hosting customers, if any.
Resale of Service. If Customer resells BRIGHT PACKET Service or incorporates BRIGHT PACKET Service into services sold by Customer to its Carrier Customers or End Users, Customer shall be solely responsible for interfacing with its Carrier Customers or End Users with respect to its service offerings including, without limitation, order provisioning, billing, collection, billing adjustments/credits, tax collections and payments, customer service, and dispute resolution. BRIGHT PACKET shall have no responsibility whatsoever to interact with Customer’s Carrier Customers or End Users, nor shall BRIGHT PACKET incur any liability to Customer’s Carrier Customers or End Users for its performance under the Agreement. Customer shall be responsible for: (a) applying and enforcing all applicable provisions in the Agreement to its Carrier Customers and End Users; and (b) any liability arising from a violation of a Customer obligation under the Agreement by Customer’s Carrier Customer or End User. If BRIGHT PACKET discontinues providing Service to Customer for any reason, Customer shall be solely responsible for furnishing any required notice to its affected Carrier Customers or End Users.
Resale of Service. Unless the Customer has entered into a reseller agreement with Supplier, resale of the Service is not permitted.
