Customer Traffic Characteristics. [Jurisdictional Nature of Traffic: All traffic delivered by Customer, its agents or authorized users to the Company for local termination, and all traffic Company delivers to Customer, its agents or authorized users that originates in the same local calling area in which Customer's NPA-NXX is assigned or in which such traffic terminates with Customer, its agents or authorized users must either be local traffic or traffic entitled to be treated as local traffic under applicable federal, state and local laws, administrative and regulatory requirements, and any other authorities having jurisdiction over such traffic. With respect to such traffic, Company will assign local telephone numbers to Customer or route Customer's traffic for termination as local calling. Neither Customer nor any of its agents or authorized users may remove or in any way alter Automatic Number Identification ("ANI") or Calling Party Number ("CPN") information associated with any traffic delivered pursuant to this Agreement. Customer will cooperate or, as necessary, assure the cooperation of others within its control to obtain or verify any regulatory certifications or other information needed regarding the jurisdictional nature of the Customer's traffic.]

  • Technical Characteristics The Participating Generator has provided to the CAISO in Schedule 1 the required information regarding the capacity and operating characteristics of each of the Generating Units listed in that schedule. Pursuant to Sections 8.9 and 8.10 of the CAISO Tariff, the CAISO may verify, inspect and test the capacity and operating characteristics provided in Schedule 1.

  • ODUF Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 ODUF will be distributed to Image Access via Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The ODUF feed will be a variable block format. The data on the ODUF feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (one hundred seventy-five (175) byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis Monday through Friday except holidays. Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one (1) dataset per workday per OCN. If BellSouth determines the Secure FTP Mailbox is nearing capacity levels, BellSouth may move the customer to CONNECT:Direct file delivery.

  • Characteristics The Initial Contracts have the following characteristics: (i) all the Contracts are secured by Motorcycles; (ii) no Initial Contract has a remaining maturity of more than 84 months; and (iii) the final scheduled payment on the Initial Contract with the latest maturity is due not later than June 2014. Approximately 77.89% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans for purchases of new Motorcycles and approximately 22.11% is attributable to loans for purchases of used Motorcycles. No Initial Contract was originated after the Initial Cutoff Date. No Initial Contract has a Contract Rate less than 3.989%. The last scheduled payment date of the Contracts (including any Subsequent Contracts) is due not later than September 2014. Approximately 98.98% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans to purchase Motorcycles manufactured by Harley-Davidson or Buell and approximately 1.02% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans to purchase Motorcycles not manufactured by Harley-Davidson or Buell.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Customer Feedback The contractor is expected to establish and maintain professional communication between its employees and customers. The primary objective of this communication is customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the most significant external indicator of the success and effectiveness of all services provided and can be measured through customer complaints and surveys. Performance management drives the contractor to be customer focused through initially and internally addressing customer complaints and investigating the issues and/or problems but the customer always has the option to communicate complaints to the PM, as opposed to the contractor. Customer feedback may also be obtained either from the results of formal customer satisfaction surveys or from random customer complaints. Any customer complaints will be investigated by the PM using the Quality Assurance Monitoring Form – Customer Complaint Investigation, identified in Attachment A4.

  • Customer Data 5.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

  • Client Money Handling Rules 16.1. The Company will promptly place any Client money it receives into one or more segregated account(s) with reliable financial institutions (i.e. an affiliate, a bank, a market, a settlement agent, a clearing house or OTC counterparty) and the Client funds will be segregated from the Company’s own money and cannot be used in the course of its business. The Client money shall be treated, at all times, in accordance with the applicable ‘Client Money’ rules, as amended from time to time.
