Usage Charges. Every call using the Services that originates or terminates in the Public Switched Telephone Network (“PSTN”), including without limitation other VoIP networks, accrues applicable toll charges. Customer will not be charged for monthly usage within the limits of its then-current Service Plan. Usage which exceeds the limits, if any, of Customer’s then-current Service Plan will be charged to Customer in accordance with the Service Descriptions at the rates published at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Calls to phone numbers outside the United States and Canada will also be charged to the Customer in accordance with the Service Descriptions at the rates published at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

One-time and recurring charges may be based on measurements of actual or authorized use (for example, authorized capacity for Machines, number of users or processor size for Programs, or meter readings for maintenance Services). Customer agrees to provide actual usage data as described in an Attachment or Transaction Document. If Customer makes changes to its environment that impact usage charges (for example, change authorized capacity for Machines or change processor size or configuration for Programs), Customer agrees to promptly notify IBM and pay any applicable charges. Recurring charges will be adjusted accordingly. In the event that IBM changes the basis of measurement, its terms for changing charges will apply.

For example, a call terminating from Carrier over Sprint facilities to a Sprint End Office through a Sprint Tandem Switch would include usage-based charges from Sprint to Carrier for Tandem Switching, Common Transport to the End Office, and End Office Switching.
