Requirement of Writing. To the extent Successful Respondent is required under this Agreement to obtain DIR's approval, consent, or agreement, such approval, consent, or agreement must be in writing and must be signed by, or directly transmitted by electronic mail from, the Designated DIR Representative or an authorized DIR representative. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the Designated DIR Representative may agree in advance in writing that as to certain specific matters oral approval, consent, or agreement shall be sufficient.

Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the Kraft Contract Manager may agree in advance in writing that as to certain specific matters oral approval, consent or agreement will be sufficient.
