Notice of Dismissal definition

Notice of Dismissal means a written notice prepared by a member of the Charge Panel or the Faculty Advisor as required by section 4.2(b).

Examples of Notice of Dismissal in a sentence

  • If such a determination is made, any party to the allegations of sexual harassment identified in the Formal Complaint will receive the Notice of Dismissal in conjunction with, or in separate correspondence after, the Notice of Allegations.
