Reprisals Prohibited. The Landlord acknowledges that provisions of applicable law forbid a Landlord from threatening to take or taking reprisals against any Tenant for seeking to assert his/her legal rights.

The State and the Union shall be prohibited from imposing or threatening to impose reprisals by discriminating or threatening to discriminate against employees, or otherwise interfering with, restraining, or coercing employees because of the exercise of their rights under the Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Act or any right given by this Contract. The principles of agency shall be liberally construed.
Reprisals Prohibited. The City shall not institute any reprisals against any employee or any representative resulting from the use of the grievance procedure.

Nothing in this article, however, shall be construed to permit interference with the full, faithful and proper performance of an employee’s duties of employment.
