Liberally Construed Sample Clauses

A 'Liberally Construed' clause directs that the terms of the contract should be interpreted broadly rather than narrowly. In practice, this means that if there is any ambiguity or uncertainty in the language of the agreement, the interpretation that best fulfills the contract’s overall purpose and intent should be favored. This approach helps prevent disputes over technicalities and ensures that the contract is enforced in a way that aligns with the parties’ general expectations, thereby reducing the risk of unintended loopholes or overly restrictive readings.
