REPORTING TASKS. Contractor shall make reports as may be required by the County concerning its activities as they affect the Contract duties and purposes contained herein. A sample Monthly Invoice is provided in Technical Exhibit 4. Contractor shall complete a Monthly Management Report (MMR), in the manner to be described by DHS. The MMR shall be submitted to the AHHPC with the Monthly Invoice by the 15th calendar day following the report month of each month and shall contain:  A narrative of any concerns and/or changes in staff, sites, recommendations for systems improvements, and/or other processes as necessary.  Any other ad hoc statistical reports as requested by the County, Board of Supervisors, the State, or other County agencies or entities for budgetary or other purposes. Contractor shall provide the requested data, if available, to the County in a mutually agreeable time period.  A list of all trainings provided by the Contractor each month, including sign-in sheets.  A list of all complaints received by the Contractor each month, including the resolution of the complaint.  Additional information may be required at County discretion.

  • Reporting TIPS Sales Vendor must report all TIPS Sales to TIPS. If a TIPS sale is initiated by Vendor receiving a TIPS Member’s purchase order from TIPS directly, Vendor may consider that specific TIPS Sale reported. Otherwise, with the exception of TIPS Automated Vendors, who have signed an exclusive agreement with TIPS regarding reporting, all TIPS Sales must be reported to TIPS by either: (1) Emailing the purchase order or similar purchase document (with Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and the TIPS Contract Name and Number included) to TIPS at xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx with “Confirmation Only” in the subject line of the email within three business days of Vendor’s acceptance of the order, or; (2) Within 3 business days of the order being accepted by Vendor, Vendor must login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and successfully self-report all necessary sale information within the Vendor Portal and confirm that it shows up accurately on your current Vendor Portal statement. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.   • REPORTING TIME 12.01 Any employee after being hired and reporting for work at the regular starting time and for whom no work is provided shall receive pay for two (2) hours at the applicable rate of wages, unless he has been notified not to report.   • EXCHANGE ACT REPORTING AND REGULATION AB COMPLIANCE Section 13.1 Intent of the Parties; Reasonableness. Except with respect to Section 13.9, Section 13.10 and Section 13.11, the parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the purpose of this Article XIII is to facilitate compliance by the Depositor with the provisions of Regulation AB and related rules and regulations of the Commission. Neither the Depositor nor the Certificate Administrator shall exercise its right to request delivery of information or other performance under these provisions other than in reasonable good faith, or (except with respect to Section 13.9, Section 13.10 or Section 13.11) for purposes other than compliance with the Securities Act, the Exchange Act, the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act and, in each case, the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder. The parties hereto acknowledge that interpretations of the requirements of Regulation AB may change over time, whether due to interpretive guidance provided by the Commission or its staff, or otherwise, and agree to comply with reasonable requests made by the Depositor or the Certificate Administrator in good faith for delivery of information under these provisions on the basis of such evolving interpretations of the requirements of Regulation AB (to the extent such interpretations require compliance and are not “grandfathered” and do not mandate compliance). In connection with the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Bank of America Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Trust 2013-C7 transaction, each of the parties to this Agreement shall cooperate fully with the Depositor and the Certificate Administrator, as applicable, to deliver or make available to the Depositor or the Certificate Administrator, as applicable (including any of their assignees or designees), any and all statements, reports, certifications, records and any other information in its possession and necessary in the reasonable good faith determination of the Depositor or the Certificate Administrator, as applicable, to permit the Depositor to comply with the provisions of Regulation AB, together with such disclosure relating to the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trust Advisor, the Trustee, the Custodian and the Certificate Administrator, as applicable, and any Sub-Servicer, or the servicing of the Mortgage Loans, reasonably believed by the Depositor or the Certificate Administrator, as applicable, to be necessary in order to effect such compliance. None of the Master Servicer, the Trust Advisor, the Trustee, the Custodian, any Sub-Servicer or the Special Servicer are responsible for filing any Exchange Act report with the Commission on behalf of the Trust. Each party to this Agreement shall have a reasonable period of time to comply with any written request made under this Section 13.1, but in any event, shall, upon reasonable advance written request, provide information in sufficient time to allow the Depositor or the Certificate Administrator, as applicable, to satisfy any related filing requirements. For purposes of this Article XIII, to the extent any party has an obligation to exercise commercially reasonable efforts to cause a third party to perform, such party hereunder shall not be required to bring any legal action against such third party in connection with such obligation.

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Reporting Responsibilities The IRA Owner agrees to provide the Custodian with information necessary for the Custodian to prepare any reports required under Code Sections 408(i), 408A(d)(3)(D), and Regulations Sections 1.408-5 and 1.408-6. The Custodian agrees to submit reports to the IRS and the IRA Owner (or Beneficiary(ies) upon the IRA Owner’s death) as prescribed by the IRS and such additional reports as the Custodian may choose to deliver.
