Other Purposes. To make or cause to be made disbursements for any other purpose which is declared in such instructions to be a proper trust purpose; provided, however, that before making any such disbursement Northern shall have received a copy of a resolution of the Trustees certified by the Secretary of the Trust specifying the amount of such disbursement, setting forth the purpose for which such disbursement is to be made, declaring such purpose to be a proper trust purpose and naming the person(s) to whom the disbursement is to be made.

Any employee who undertakes or continues other work or employment during any leave of absence without first securing written permission from the Employer and the Union, automatically cancels such leave of absence and will be considered to have terminated his employment.
