If a report brought pursuant to this paragraph involves a faculty member respondent, Labor Relations will refer the matter to the faculty member's xxxx to be addressed in accordance with the Faculty Standards of Conduct Review Procedures. If a report brought pursuant to this paragraph involves a student respondent, Labor Relations will refer the matter to the academic unit of the student respondent to be addressed consistent with established procedures for addressing student conduct. All other reports brought pursuant to this paragraph will be addressed by Human Resources.
