Renewal of Employment Contract. Provided the established goals and objectives have been accomplished by Mr. Xxxxxxx and provided the evaluation and assessment of the performance of Mr. Xxxxxxx is satisfactory, the Board of Trustees of the School Corporation shall extend Mr. Xxxxxxx’s employment contract a minimum of one (1) additional year, not later than the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the School Corporation in June of each year. If the Board of Trustees of the School Corporation does not desire to extend the contract of Mr. Xxxxxxx, Mr. Xxxxxxx shall be notified, in writing, not later than June 30 of that year. The failure of the Board of Trustees to notify Mr. Xxxxxxx, in writing, shall be deemed to extend the employment contract for one (1) additional year. The School Corporation shall give Mr. Xxxxxxx written notice delivered in person or by certified mail on or before January 1 of that year that this contract shall terminate.

If the claim incident is covered by any of the employment causes referred to, in addition to the INSURED, cover under this guarantee shall likewise extend to the spouse or de facto partner, or the person permanently living in this capacity with the INSURED and children under legal age thereof if they are likewise insured for the same travel, provided that they live at the same home address as the INSURED.

Renewal of Employment Contract. The BOARD may extend the term of this Contract at any time with concurrence of the DIRECTOR as provided by law. However, unless the BOARD acts on or before six (6) months before the expiration date of the Contract to extend the Contract, such failure to act shall serve as notice to the DIRECTOR that the BOARD does not intend to renew the Contract.

Renewal of Employment Contract. This contract of employment shall extend for one (1) additional contract year unless the Committee votes not to extend this Contract, and notice is given to the Superintendent notifying him/her of the Committee’s vote not to extend this contract, in which event this contract shall expire on June 30, 2021.
