Not Employment Contract. The Employee acknowledges that this Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment, does not imply that the Company will continue his/her employment for any period of time and does not change the at-will nature of his/her employment.
Not Employment Contract. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon the Optionee any right to continue in the employ of the Company or shall interfere with or restrict in any way the rights of the Company, which are hereby expressly reserved, to discharge the Optionee at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause, subject to the provisions of applicable law. This is not an employment contract.
Not Employment Contract. The Executive acknowledges that this Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment and, except as set forth in Executive Employment Agreement (to which this Agreement is ancillary), does not guarantee that the Company or any of its subsidiaries will continue his employment for any period of time or otherwise change the at-will nature of his employment.
Not Employment Contract. You acknowledge that this Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment or impose on the Company any obligation to retain you as an employee and that this Agreement does not prevent you from terminating your employment at any time. If your employment with the Company terminates for any reason and subsequently a Change in Control shall occur, you shall not be entitled to any benefits hereunder.
Not Employment Contract. The Consultant acknowledges that the Consultant is not an employee of the Company, that this Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment, and does not imply that the Company will continue this Agreement in effect for any period of time beyond its terms.
Not Employment Contract. I understand that this Agreement does not ----------------------- constitute a contract of employment or obligate the Company to employ me for any stated period of time. This Agreement shall be effective as of Effective Date.
Not Employment Contract. This Agreement is not the basic employment contract between Sysco and the Officer nor is it evidence of any agreement or understanding, express or implied, that Sysco will employ the Officer in any particular position or at any particular rate of remuneration. Sysco reserves the unqualified and unrestricted right to terminate the services of the Officer on exactly the same basis as if this Agreement had never been entered into although any rights or obligations of Sysco and the Officer under this Agreement shall survive such termination of employment.
Not Employment Contract. Neither this Agreement nor any action taken hereunder shall be construed either (i) as a contract of employment or (ii) as giving Indemnitee any right to be retained in the employ or otherwise as an Official.
Not Employment Contract. Employee shall continue to be an "at will" employee of Videonics. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon Employee any right to continue in the employ of Videonics or shall interfere with or restrict in any way the rights of Videonics, which are hereby expressly reserved, to discharge the employee at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause, subject to the provisions of applicable law. This is not an employment contract.
Not Employment Contract. This Agreement will not be deemed an employment contract between the Company and Indemnitee, and the Company is not be obligated to continue Indemnitee’s corporate status as a director or an officer or any other capacity by reason of this Agreement.
