REGULAR WORK YEAR FOR EMPLOYEES. 31.1 The annual salary established for employees covered by this Agreement in Article 20 (Basic Salary Scale) shall be payable in respect of the regular employee’s work year which shall not exceed those days in session per school year, as prescribed in the Ministry calendar inclusive of:

The regular work year shall be scheduled between the Tuesday after Labour Day and the last Friday in June of the subsequent year, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, statutory holidays, winter break and spring break. If the last Friday in June falls on or before June 25, the regular work year will end on June 30.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Regular Employee Seniority for a regular employee is defined as the length of the employee’s continuous employment (whether full-time or part-time) from the date of commencement of regular employment, plus any seniority accrued, while working as a casual employee of the Employer.
