Part-Time Regular Employees. District shall maintain, in participation with (tenured) part-time regular faculty, all insurance fringe benefits coverage on the basis applicable to full-time participation in regard to premium payments.
Part-Time Regular Employees. A part-time regular employee is entitled to the same sick leave entitlement as a full- time regular employee except that such employee's entitlement is prorated on the basis of her/his scheduled hours of work in that year as a percentage of the annual scheduled hours of work of a full-time regular employee. Coverage applies to scheduled work days only.
Part-Time Regular Employees. The provisions of this Agreement will apply to part-time Regular employees except where specifically excluded or modified. The following articles will not apply to part-time Regular employees:
Part-Time Regular Employees. A Part Time Regular employee is one hired to fill a part time on-going position vacated by a Part Time Regular employee or to fill a new part time position which is of a continuing part time nature. Part Time Regular employees will work according to a regular part time schedule with regular days and hours of work. A Part Time Regular employee shall not work more than seventy per cent (70%) of the normal monthly hours as established in Article 13.
Part-Time Regular Employees. A regular part-time or intermittent employee shall earn an annual vacation allowance as determined in the foregoing Section 8.2, but such allowance will be based on the ratio of the total straight-time hours worked by the employee in a year to 2,080 hours. Part-Time Regular Employees. (a) Regular part-time employees may register to work additional casual hours in their own office in positions where they possess the necessary ability, qualifications and experience.
Part-Time Regular Employees. Part-time regular employees shall accumulate seniority on the same basis as full-time regular employees. It is understood that seniority is calculated from the last date of hire. Prior to September 12, 1990, part-time regular employees accumulated seniority on the basis of scheduled hours worked.
Part-Time Regular Employees. All employees other than full-time who work scheduled hours and who have completed their probation period. Part-time employees will be advised of their status when hired.
Part-Time Regular Employees. Part-time regular employees are regularly scheduled employees who work less than full time hours per week on a continuing basis. Such employees are covered by all provisions of this Agreement, but are not entitled to the Group Benefit Plan.
Part-Time Regular Employees. For part-time regular employees, this Article will apply except that the pay for absence due to illness will be based on the employee’s normally scheduled work hours.
