Part-Time Regular Employees. District shall maintain, in participation with (tenured) part-time regular faculty, all insurance fringe benefits coverage on the basis applicable to full-time participation in regard to premium payments.

Part-Time Regular Employees. A part-time regular employee is entitled to the same sick leave entitlement as a full- time regular employee except that such employee's entitlement is prorated on the basis of her/his scheduled hours of work in that year as a percentage of the annual scheduled hours of work of a full-time regular employee. Coverage applies to scheduled work days only.
Part-Time Regular Employees. The provisions of this Agreement will apply to part-time Regular employees except where specifically excluded or modified. The following articles will not apply to part-time Regular employees:
Part-Time Regular Employees. A Part Time Regular employee is one hired to fill a part time on-going position vacated by a Part Time Regular employee or to fill a new part time position which is of a continuing part time nature. Part Time Regular employees will work according to a regular part time schedule with regular days and hours of work. A Part Time Regular employee shall not work more than seventy per cent (70%) of the normal monthly hours as established in Article 13.
