Regular Part-Time and Per Diem Employees Paid Sick Leave. (PSL) Regular part-time and per diem employees will accrue Paid Sick Leave (PSL) at the rate of one (1) hour per every thirty (30) hours worked up to a maximum of 72 hours annually. Unused PSL carries over from year to year, up to a maximum of 72 hours. Use of PSL does not count towards hours worked or overtime. The Employer will comply with all applicable state and municipal PSL laws. One half of the employee’s annual accrual of PSL under the California Healthy Workplace, Healthy Families Act and California Kin Care Act are protected absences.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Regular Part-Time Employee A regular part-time employee is an employee hired to fill a posted part-time position and is regularly pre-scheduled to work.
