Refutation Clause Samples

A Refutation clause establishes the process by which one party can formally dispute or challenge statements, claims, or allegations made by the other party within a contract or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the steps required to present evidence or arguments against a claim, such as providing written notice and supporting documentation within a specified timeframe. Its core practical function is to ensure that disagreements are addressed in an orderly and fair manner, helping to prevent misunderstandings and providing a clear mechanism for resolving contested issues.
