Rebuttal. Employees shall have the right to respond in writing and/or through grievance procedure to any materials placed in their official personnel file. Any written response by the employee shall be appended to the appropriate document.
Rebuttal. An ESP may file objections in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of a copy of the completed form. If objections are filed, they shall be attached to all copies retained by the District.

If such a response is filed within ten (10) duty days of the written evaluation, the evaluation document may be modified or corrected accordingly. This process may alter the final document before it is placed in the personnel file.
