Investigative Findings. After the investigation is concluded, the Assistant Xxxx shall decide either that: (a) there is not enough evidence to support the charge; or (b) there is enough evidence to support the charge. If there is not enough evidence to support the charge, the accused student shall be sent a letter indicating that the evidence does not support the charge. If the Assistant Xxxx decides that there is enough evidence to support the charge, the accused student shall be informed in writing of the charges ("Charging Letter").   • Investigation of Accidents The Occupational Health and Safety Committees, as provided in Clause 22.2, shall be notified of each accident or injury and shall investigate and report to the Union and Employer on the nature and cause of the accident or injury.
