It is difficult for teachers to find a methodology that matches the level of education to be achieved; parents do not know how to help their children with homework that comes in another language; for that, it becomes a difficulty not easy to be solved. Among the other causes for a low student´s performance rests the reason for this research, qualitative deficiencies inside the institution has been observed; however, not many control measures have been applied which might help to finish the problems on English learning. Therefore, I hope this proposal could be the first tool to finish the problem It is very important that we pay special attention to children on school age; so, even with the modesty of this work, we believe that making it original by the magnitude of the objectives to be accomplished, its existence is relevant to students and teachers who belong to this institution.

Referential Antecedents. When we went to do this research into the files at Xxxxxxx State University (UNEMI) we could not find any reference on similar topics to which we present here. Most of the topics have to do with methodological strategies applied directly to the teaching of the English language. This project is an application to the Technical Area and specifically to the field of the electricity where tools and electric equipment are manipulated reading original manuals that are edited on English language that difficult the development of the activities programmed in the Didactic Units5.

It is notorious the competitiveness that is creating in this world of technologies and innovations; giving as result the necessity of well prepared and competent human beings to be on the vanguard and being part of the world cultural diversity of our days. Nowadays is indispensable the knowledge of English Language; because at the moment it is part of all the areas of understanding and human development. Easily it can be affirmed that is already the language of present time. We can define it as a prevailing necessity not as luxury in the world of work or in social relationships. Today more than ever is indispensable to learn English language. It is, in the age of the globalization, the great international language that has rebounded in all the countries. It is more, it is even said since who does not dominate that language it would be in a clear disadvantage situation: it would be as if was silent or almost illiterate. There are more than enough reasons to say it. The proposal of this document is to show these reasons and making aware the youth and its families of the enormous importance of acquiring this language, through the way of joy, happiness and games, with new strategies to work in class; this is the time for all those audiovisual resources that are waiting for a long time to break free. Finally, English is the tool that allows the communication with people of other countries, inside the global world we live in. It is unquestionable: English has become the global language of communication by excellence, one of those of more use in the world. It is an official language, or it has a special status, in about 75 territories in the entire world.

In addition, he/she is obliged to pay a contractual penalty (even if the contractual obligations are breached not through a fault of the Accommodated Person, e.g., by error of the financial institution) in the amount of 0.3 % of the amount due for each day of delay. The agreement regarding the contractual penalty shall not affect the Landlord’s entitlement to demand compensation for damages. Both entitlements can be exercised by the Landlord concurrently. Both the contractual penalty and the interest on late payments are to be paid via a separate bank transfer to the Landlord’s account stated in Article I in the “Landlord” section hereof (separately from the price for the accommodation).

  • Overtime Premium and No Pyramiding Subject to any superior conditions, the overtime rate shall be time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee's straight-time hourly rate. Where an employee is required to work additional overtime contiguous to an overtime shift within a twenty-four (24) hour period, the employee will be compensated at the rate of double time his or her straight time hourly rate for all additional contiguous overtime hours worked.   • Background Screening VENDOR shall comply with all requirements of Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, Florida Statutes, and all of its personnel who (1) are to be permitted access to school grounds when students are present, (2) will have direct contact with students, or (3) have access or control of school funds, will successfully complete the background screening required by the referenced statutes and meet the standards established by the statutes. This background screening will be conducted by SBBC in advance of VENDOR or its personnel providing any services under the conditions described in the previous sentence. VENDOR shall bear the cost of acquiring the background screening required by Section 1012.32, Florida Statutes, and any fee imposed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to maintain the fingerprints provided with respect to VENDOR and its personnel. The parties agree that the failure of VENDOR to perform any of the duties described in this section shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement entitling SBBC to terminate immediately with no further responsibilities or duties to perform under this Agreement. VENDOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SBBC, its officers and employees from any liability in the form of physical or mental injury, death or property damage resulting from VENDOR’s failure to comply with the requirements of this section or with Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, Florida Statutes.
