Official Language. 1. All proceedings pursuant to this Agreement shall be conducted in the English language.
Official Language. The official text of this Agreement and any appendices, exhibits and schedules hereto, or any notice given or accounts or statements required by this Agreement shall be in English. In the event of any dispute concerning the construction or meaning of this Agreement, reference shall be made only to this Agreement as written in English and not to any other translation into any other language.
Official Language. The official language of this Agreement is the English language only, which language shall be controlling in all respects, and all versions of this Agreement in any other language shall not be binding on the parties hereto or nor shall such other versions be admissible in any legal proceeding, including arbitration, brought under this Agreement. All communications and notices to be made or given pursuant to this Agreement shall be in the English language.

Any notices or other documents required to be delivered to Ceridian under this Agreement, shall be translated into English, at the Participant’s expense, and provided promptly to the Company in English. The Company may also request an untranslated copy of such documents.
