Recycling Carts. The Contractor shall provide one (1) two-wheeled recycling cart to every Residential One household unit as part of monthly service. The Contractor agrees to have all recycling carts delivered no later than June 30, 2010. The Contractor shall maintain ownership of these carts and will be responsible for delivery as well as maintenance and/or replacement of the carts if the carts are damaged through normal wear and tear or are stolen. If a cart is stolen, a police report shall be required as proof of theft prior to the replacement of the cart at no cost to the resident. Three sizes of carts shall be available for the convenience of customers. Only after the cart has been fully utilized may residents place additional approved containers out for collection. Residents shall have the option of renting additional recycling carts at a cost per-month, per-cart as determined by the Contractor.

Recycling Carts. Recycling Carts shall mean a Recycling Cart or other wheeled Cart owned by the Company, suitable for on-site collection, storage, and set-out of Recyclables.

Carts shall be provided within seven (7) days of a Customer request. All distributed Recycling Carts shall include information materials describing material preparation and collection requirements. Any materials published by the Contractor must be reviewed and approved by the City prior to printing and distribution by the Contractor. All Recycling Carts shall be labeled with materials preparation instructions that visually depict allowed and prohibited materials suitable for the designated Cart either screened or printed on a sticker affixed to the lid, along with telephone and website contact information. All Recycling Carts shall be provided at the Contractor’s sole expense. The Contractor shall provide 35- or 96-gallon Recycling Carts on request to those residents requiring less capacity than provided by the default 64-gallon Recycling Cart. In the event that a Customer intentionally damages or misuses their Recycling Cart, the Contractor may discontinue recycling service to that Customer. On the City’s prior approval and/or may charge the Customer a City-approved Cart destruction fee no greater than half of the current new Cart replacement cost.

  • Recycling If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Packing 9.1 The supplier shall provide such packing of the goods as is required to prevent their damage or deterioration during transit to their final destination, as indicated in the contract. The packing shall be sufficient to withstand, without limitation, rough handling during transit and exposure to extreme temperatures, salt and precipitation during transit, and open storage. Packing, case size and weights shall take into consideration, where appropriate, the remoteness of the goods’ final destination and the absence of heavy handling facilities at all points in transit.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Transport 6.1.1 BellSouth shall provide nondiscriminatory access, in accordance with FCC Rules 51.311, 51.319, and Section 251(c)(3) of the Act to interoffice transmission facilities described in this Section 6 on an unbundled basis to EZ Phone for the provision of a qualifying service, as set forth herein.

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
