MONTHLY SERVICE. Customer acknowledges that Customer will be billed monthly in advance for the Services and Equipment received from TVC at TVC's then current rates. You agree to pay for all Services provided to You by TVC including charges for installation, Equipment, Services provided on a per-channel or per- program basis, any other Services provided and all applicable local, state or federal fees, taxes, surcharges and other fees that are imposed or permitted by governmental or quasi-governmental bodies for the sale, installation, use or provision of the Service or Equipment. Promotional pricing is exclusive of these surcharges, taxes and governmental or regulatory fees. Customer will be billed monthly in advance for the surcharges.

MONTHLY SERVICE. Contractor will perform the following tasks on the first Wednesday of each month. If Wednesday is a Court Holiday, Contractor will perform the following tasks on the next Workday. Area Task Requirements/ Standards All areas Clean entire surface of all doors, including doorknobs and push plates. S4 Damp dust or vacuum dust all light fixtures and surfaces/ledges above 6 feet. S7, S8 Private stairwells Vacuum or sweep floors in the two private stairwells. S7 Locker rooms Clean and disinfect surfaces all walls and Partitions, cabinets and all surfaces adjacent to Fixtures. S10 Clean and disinfect doors, doorknobs, and push plates. S4, S5 Clean all mirrors and glass. S9 Dust mop and wet mop floors. X00, X00, X00, X00 Clean and disinfect all locker room surfaces, including shower stalls. S4, S5 Public entrance Clean mud/dirt grating at the public entrance. S23 Clean the pits beneath the mud/dirt grating at the public entrance. S24

S24 Restrooms Machine scrub all restroom floors using a deodorizing disinfectant floor cleaner. S14, S15 Clean all grout lines on floors and walls. S27
MONTHLY SERVICE. Consumer shall pay BEC for service hereunder to the Delivery Point at the rates and upon the terms and conditions set forth in BEC’s Rate Schedule, incorporated as part of this Contract by reference (“Rate Schedule”). Notwithstanding Consumer’s usage or non-usage of electricity, the minimum monthly charge shall be the facilities charge set forth in the Rate Schedule. Invoices for service hereunder shall be delivered by first class mail to Consumer’s billing address. Payment according to the invoice shall be due within ten (10) days of the date of billing to the Consumer. Late payments shall be subject to applicable charges and penalties under XXX’s policies of general application.

Each Compressor shall be serviced at least one (1) time each month by three employees of Contractor (unless the Compressor is an Ajax unit, in which case it shall be serviced by two employees of Contractor).
