Prohibited Materials. Straw, old and torn jute sacks shall not be used for curing.

Prohibited Materials. Without prejudice to the generality of clause 2, the Contractor further warrants and undertakes to the Beneficiary that (unless otherwise specifically instructed by the Employer) it has not specified, authorised for use or knowingly caused or allowed to be used, and shall continue not to specify, authorise for use or knowingly cause or allow to be used, in or in connection with the Project any Prohibited Materials.
