Recovery Management a. Continuous case management.
Recovery Management a. Recovery Management is the process for planning, establishing and testing the recovery procedures required to re-establish the functionality of systems included in the Services in the event of a system failure. This process also addresses the monitoring, assessing, and reporting of the test results to management. The intent of this process is to anticipate and minimize the impact of systems resource failure through the development of predefined, documented procedures and software/Equipment recovery capabilities. ACI and Vendor will agree on the procedures for recovery. Disaster Recovery Management is described more fully in Disaster Recovery SOW.
Recovery Management. CSG will provide recovery management services ("Recovery Management") to Customer at Customer’s option. In performance of Recovery Management, (a) CSG will facilitate the routing of certain of Customer's charged-off or selected disconnected Subscriber account data (the "Recovery Management Data") on behalf of Customer to the Selected Agencies (as defined below) on behalf of Customer, and (b) CSG shall obtain Recovery Management Data provided by such Selected Agencies for purposes of updating such Subscriber billing accounts, in each case, through a partnership with CSG's approved vendor, ******* ******** *** ("Vendor"), and Vendor's ******* ****** ********** ********* tool (the "Application") for the purpose of updating such Subscriber billing accounts. For purposes of clarification, Vendor shall not be considered a third party beneficiary to the Agreement, as amended. Customer acknowledges that the provision of the Recovery Management Services by CSG is contingent upon Customer having (i) license rights to the Application in place with Vendor (“Vendor Agreement”); and (ii) a separate agreement in place each of the Selected Agencies. Customer may be liable to Vendor and the Selected Agencies for additional fees under such separate agreements, as applicable.

CSG will provide recovery management ("Recovery Management") service as provided herein and any documentation published, or otherwise made available by CSG to TWC and/or its Affiliates prior to the Effective Date. Recovery Management service is for use in connection with any subscribers of TWC and/or its Affiliates for which TWC and/or its Affiliates receive bxxx processing from a third party billing processor (for purposes of the Recovery Management service, the “Non-ACP Subscribers”) at each Customer’s option. The Recovery Management Non-ACP Subscribers service will facilitate (a) routing of Customers' charged-off or selected disconnected Non-ACP Subscriber account data (for purposes of this Amendment, the "Non-ACP Subscriber Recovery Management Data") from Customers to CSG's Permitted Subcontractor, ******* ******** ***, ("*******"); (b) loading of Historic Data on the ******* Application (as defined below); (c) routing of Non-ACP Subscriber Recovery Management Data to the appropriate Selected Agencies; and (d) routing of updated Non-ACP Subscriber Recovery Management Data provided by the Selected Agencies to *******, in each case, on a daily basis (except loading of Historic Data) through *******’* “****** ****** Management Recovery” software(“******* Application”). For avoidance of doubt, neither CSG nor ******* shall be required to update such Non-ACP Subscriber accounts with the updated Non-ACP Subscriber Recovery Management Data provided by the Selected Agencies. For purposes of clarification, ******* shall not be considered a third party beneficiary to the Agreement, as amended hereby.

  • Inventory Management The Subrecipient must submit an annual statement identifying the status of all equipment and non-real property items purchased with ESG funds by the contract termination date. The status report should inventory all equipment and non-real properties purchased with ESG funds and state the condition of the equipment and its location.

  • Security Management The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the DOD 5200.1-M and the DD Form 254. Security of the Contractor’s electronic media shall be in accordance with the above documents. Effective Program Security shall require the Contractor to address Information Security and Operations Security enabled by the Security Classification Guides. The Contractor’s facility must be able to handle and store material up to the Classification Level as referenced in Attachment J-01, DD Form 254.

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.

  • Workload Management 11.1 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that employees and management have a responsibility to maintain a balanced workload and recognise the adverse affects that excessive workloads may have on employee/s and the quality of resident/client care.

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

  • Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 22 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 23 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if 24 necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 25 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 26 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 27 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 28 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.
