Permitted Subcontractor definition

Permitted Subcontractor means any third party hired by Contractor to perform Services for the State under this Contract or have access to State Data.
Permitted Subcontractor shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Permitted Subcontractor has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(i).

More Definitions of Permitted Subcontractor

Permitted Subcontractor means a Third Party or an Affiliate that has been awarded a subcontract with one Party in accordance with Section 3.7 hereof.
Permitted Subcontractor means a subcontractor of Carrier whom Strad has authorized in writing to perform a portion or all of the Services.
