The Subscriber Billing clause defines the procedures and terms under which subscribers are charged for services or products. Subscriber Billing. As between the Parties, Company shall be responsible for setting and collecting fees from Carriers for Subscribers access to the MSN Mobile Services and all direct communications with Subscribers regarding access to the MSN Mobile Services, and any end user agreement required for access to the Company Services, including but not limited to all terms and conditions related to the setting and collecting of any fees from Subscribers for access to the MSN Mobile Services.
Subscriber Billing.
