Records Accounting and Reports. Section 7.1 Records and Accounting The Sole Member shall keep or cause to be kept at the principal office of the Company appropriate books and records with respect to the Company's business. The books of account of the Company shall be (i) maintained on the basis of a fiscal year that is the calendar year and (ii) maintained on an accrual basis in accordance with GAAP, consistently applied.   • Accounting and Reports (a) The Fund shall adopt for tax accounting purposes any accounting method that the Board of Managers shall decide in its sole discretion is in the best interests of the Fund. The Fund's accounts shall be maintained in U.S. currency.
