Office of the Partnership. The principal place of business of the Partnership will be 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000 Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, X0X 0X0 or any other address in Ontario as the General Partner may designate in writing from time to time to the Limited Partners.

The address of the Partnership’s principal place of business in Ontario is c/o Xxxxxxx Xxxxx LLP Suite 0000, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, X0X 0X0 and the Partnership’s head office in British Columbia is Suite 000, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, X0X 0X0 or such other addresses as the Partnership GP may notify the Limited Partners of in writing from time to time. The Partnership may have such other address or place of business for the conduct of its affairs as the Partnership GP determines from time to time as necessary or desirable.
Office of the Partnership. The registered office of the Partnership is X.X. Xxx 000, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands, or any other address in the Cayman Islands as the General Partner may designate in writing from time to time to the Limited Partners.

Pursuant to the Management Agreement, the books of account and other records with respect to the operations of the Partnership shall be maintained at 10 Axxxx Xxxxx, East Brunswick, New Jersey 08816. The Partnership shall not have or maintain any office or other place of business outside of Marfa, Texas.
Office of the Partnership. The Partnership shall maintain its registered office at c/x Xxxxxx Corporate Services Limited, XX Xxx 000, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands. The principal place of business of the Partnership shall be in such place as the General Partner may determine from time to time in its sole discretion.
Office of the Partnership. The Partnership shall maintain an office and principal place of business in Mt. Carmel, Pennsylvania. The Partnership shall qualify to do business as a foreign limited partnership in the State of Pennsylvania. Pursuant to the Management and Marketing Agreement, the books of account and other records with respect to the operations of the Partnership shall be maintained at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxx, East Brunswick, New Jersey 08816. The Partnership shall not have or maintain any office or other place of business outside of Mt. Carmel, Pennsylvania.

The General Partner may, from time to time, change the location of the Partnership’s principal office within the Province of Ontario. Office of the Partnership. The principal place of business of the Partnership will be the principal office of the General Partner and may be changed from time to time by the General Partner giving notice of such change to the Limited Partners. The principal place of business of the Project Partnership will be the current principal office of Project Partnership and may be changed from time to time by the General Partner giving notice of such change to the Limited Partners.
