Quality Management System Plan. The Contractor shall submit to the COR a Quality Management System Plan for approval no later than 90 days from the date of award.

Quality Management System Plan. The Contractor shall be required to submit their Quality Management System Plan (QMSP) during the Government’s request for proposal phase for review and approval. The Contractor’s QMSP shall address all aspects of production, testing, inspection and subcontractor management. Once Government approval of the Contractor’s QMSP is received, through a contract award, all production, inspection, and testing shall adhere to the requirements of the submitted QMSP for the entire duration of the contract. The Contractor shall notify the Government in writing should any changes occur to the QMSP, during the duration of this contract, that directly affect the manufacturing requirements specified herein. Upon Government approval of the revised QMSP, the Government will incorporate it into the contract.
Quality Management System Plan. (CDR A007) The Contractor shall provide the Quality Management System Plan and shall update it as changes occur. The Quality Management System Plan shall be submitted to the COR and the KO for approval no later than 30 days after contract award.
