Performance Management System definition

Performance Management System means the Department’s performance management system which establishes individual performance expectations that algin with the business and corporate goals and priorities and requires ongoing and regular feedback through discussions between managers and employees. Probation - means a period of 6 months when an employee is first employed, which allows either the employer or the employee to terminate the employment for any reason.
