Formal Date of Award - Effective date the Board of Supervisors take formal action to award the subject RFP to the most responsive Bidder.
In the case of an Incentive Stock Option, if Shares transferred pursuant to the Option are held for more than one year after receipt of the Shares and are disposed more than two years after the Date of Award, any gain realized on disposition of the Shares also will be treated as capital gain for federal income tax purposes and subject to the same tax rates and holding periods that apply to Shares acquired upon exercise of a Non-Qualified Stock Option.
The rates and prices shall remain the same for the duration of the PO and not be subject to any adjustment on any account.
The effective duration of this contract shall be for twelve (12) months from the Date of Award.
If the Participant declines the Award, it will be cancelled as of the Date of Award.
