Purpose and License. 2.1. Agency may use API Service and data made available through API Service, in connection with an API Client developed by Agency. Axon may monitor Agency’s use of API Service to ensure quality, improve Axon devices and services, and verify compliance with this Agreement. Agency agrees to not interfere with such monitoring or obscure from Axon Agency’s use of API Service. Agency will not use API Service for commercial use.

If purchased separately and upon agreement by Spok, Spok will grant Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, revocable right and license during the Term of this Agreement to: (a) use the API to develop and implement API solely for use by Customers in connection with the Services: and (b) use, reproduce, distribute, and transmit Service Data to the extent necessary to format and display it through the Service. Spok shall have a royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable and perpetual license to implement, use, modify, commercially exploit and/or incorporate into the Services and/or the API any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback Spok receives from Customer.
Purpose and License. 2.1 This Agreement governs Licensee’s rights to use and access the API for the purpose of developing, implementing and Publishing Applications. Licensee’s access to and use of the API for Internal Use is governed by the Service Agreement, including any and all restrictions and policies implemented by IoT Systems Inc. from time to time with respect to the API as set forth in the Documentation, this Agreement or as otherwise communicated to Licensee (“General API Policies”).

This Agreement governs Licensee’s rights to use and access the Procore API for any purpose, including Internal Use and developing, implementing and Publishing Procore Applications. Licensee’s access to and use of the Procore API shall be governed by this Agreement and by any and all restrictions and policies implemented by Procore from time to time with respect to the Procore API as set forth in the documentation for the Procore API, this Agreement or as otherwise communicated to Licensee by Procore (“General API Policies”).

Axon reserves the right to set limitations on Customer’s use of the API Service, such as a quota on operations, to ensure stability and availability of Axon’s API. Axon will use reasonable efforts to accommodate use beyond the designated limits. Configuration. Customer will work independently to configure Customer’s API Client with API Service for Customer’s applicable Use. Customer will be required to provide certain information (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration. Registration information provided to Axon must be accurate. Customer will inform Axon promptly of any updates. Upon Customer’s registration, Axon will provide documentation outlining API Service information.
Purpose and License. 2.1 Subject to Client’s compliance with the provisions this Agreement, including the restrictions set forth in Section 3, Lasso grants to Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, revocable right and license during the Term (as defined in Section 10.1) to: (a) use and make calls to the API solely for use by Client in connection with the CRM Software Service; and (b) use, reproduce, distribute, and transmit Client Data to the extent necessary to format and display it through the CRM Software Service.
Purpose and License. 2.1 This Agreement and any and all restrictions and policies implemented by EKM Global from time to time with respect to the API as set forth in the Documentation (“General API Policies”) govern Licensee’s rights to use and access the API for the purpose of developing, implementing and Publishing Applications. This Agreement also governs Licensee’s Publishing of Applications that do not utilize or interact with the API, but otherwise interact with the Services.
