API Client definition

API Client means the software that acts as the interface between Agency’s computer and the server, which is already developed or to be developed by Agency.
API Client means any of your software, applications, websites or systems that utilises the APIs, and includes any part thereof;
API Client means the unique Application configuration (including API Credentials) generated through the User Account.

  • You will indemnify, defend and hold Leaseweb Global and its affiliates harmless from any third party claim (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to (i) any allegation that the API Client Application or the use thereof infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party; (ii) your breach of these Terms of Use.

  • Each API Client must contain means for Agency to update API Client to the most current version of API Service.

  • Agency will work independently to configure Agency’s API Client with API Service for Agency’s applicable Use.

API Client means a API Client (a) developed only for one party who (together with its Affiliates) will be the sole Owner, and (b) which is used only by employees of the Owner to manage advertising for the Owner's customers’ products and services (e.g., an agency or reseller managing or purchasing advertising for other parties). Any API Client that is used by the Owner’s users, partners or customers is expressly excluded from the definition of an API-Client.

  • The Client means the organization purchasing the service.

  • Distributor means a person who distributes.

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

  • User Data means any Personal Information or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company from users of the Company’s products or of any website or service operated or maintained by the Company.
