Publication of Agreement. The Department will publish an abridged version of this Agreement on the WA health system internet site, in accordance with Schedule D9 of the NHRA. Any subsequent amendments to this Agreement will also be published in accordance with Schedule D9 of the NHRA.
Publication of Agreement. Under SOPPA, the School District must publish the Company’s name and business address, a copy of the Agreement and this Addendum, and a list of any subcontractors to whom School District Data may be disclosed. The Company agrees to provide to the School District prior to execution of the Agreement and this Addendum the name, business address, and list of subcontractors to be published. The Company acknowledges that if there are provisions of the Agreement other than those required to be included in the Agreement and this Addendum by SOPPA that the Company would like redacted before publication, the Company must submit a request in writing to the School District prior to execution of the Agreement and this Addendum. Only if the School District agrees to such redaction prior to the execution of the Agreement and this Addendum shall the redaction be made prior to publication.
Publication of Agreement. Seller acknowledges that NYSERDA may file this Agreement publicly with the PSC or otherwise publish the Agreement. Prior to such publication, NYSERDA will redact any critical electric infrastructure information contained in the Agreement, including in the exhibits hereto, and will consider Seller’s requests for the redaction of confidential business information; provided, however that NYSERDA shall not accept any such request to redact price information contained in this Agreement.
Publication of Agreement. 15.03 The Employer and the Union will share equally all costs associated with the publication and distribution of this Agreement. The Union will facilitate the publication and distribution of this Agreement.
Publication of Agreement. The agreement shall be jointly proofread by the District and the Association. The current contract shall be available electronically via the District website.
Publication of Agreement. Within sixty (60) days of ratification of this Agreement by both Parties herein, the District will have the entire agreement posted on the District website and will provide an electronic copy to the Association.

Each party is entitled to make such distribution or publication of all or any part of this Agreement as deemed desirable.
Publication of Agreement. 23.1 The Parties shall keep the provisions of this Agreement submitted hereunder confidential except as reasonably necessary for performance hereunder or in connection with any prospective assignments of rights and/or duties hereunder, and except to the extent disclosure may be required by applicable laws or regulations, in which latter case, the Party required to make such disclosure shall promptly inform the other Party prior to such disclosure in sufficient time to enable each such other Party to make known any objections it may have to such disclosure. The disclosing Party shall take all reasonable steps to secure a protective order or otherwise assure that the Agreement or order will be withheld from the public record.
Publication of Agreement. Except as may otherwise be required by law or as reasonably necessary for performance hereunder, each Party shall keep this Agreement and its provisions confidential and shall not disclose this Agreement or its provisions without first obtaining the written consent of the other Party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The confidentiality obligations hereunder do not apply to the existence of this Agreement or the fact that QUALCOMM and LICENSEE has executed this Agreement, but do apply to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any press release or other announcement by either Party concerning the entering into of this Agreement shall be subject to the prior written approval of other Party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. In case a press release or other public announcement to the effect of the Parties' entering into of this Agreement is issued by either Party pursuant to the preceding sentence, (i) QUALCOMM may thereafter make a press release or other public announcement to the effect that LICENSEE is one of QUALCOMM's licensees for Licensed Products without prior written approval of LICENSEE and (ii) LICENSEE may thereafter make a press release or other public announcement to the effect that LICENSEE is licensed by QUALCOMM for Licensed Products without prior written approval of QUALCOMM.
