Prorates. For the purpose of calculating nightly prorated University Housing charges and cancellation fees, each Academic Quarter is calculated as 77 nights. Residents who accept a Space assignment after the first Academic Week will be assessed prorated University Housing charges. Where the Resident does not stay in University Housing continuously from one Academic Quarter to the next or Checks-In during the last two weeks of an Academic Quarter, the Resident will be assessed daily, prorated University Housing charges for the vacation break period between Academic Quarters.

Prorates. If a Member has not been a Member during a full fiscal year of the Company, or if a Member's Ownership Interest in the Company changes during a fiscal year, the net profit or net loss for the year will be allocated to the Member based only on the period of time during which the Member was a Member or held a particular Ownership Interest. In determining a Member's share of the net profit or net loss for a fiscal year, the Members may allocate the net profit or net loss ratably on a daily basis using the Company's usual method of accounting. Alternatively, the Members may separate the Company's fiscal year into two or more segments and allocate the net profits or net losses for each segment among the persons who were Members, or who held particular Ownership Interests, during each segment based upon their Ownership Interests during that segment.

Prorates. The parties agree to utilize straight rate proration by segment as defined in the Passenger Proration Rules Manual subject to the following condition:
Prorates. The Carriers have entered into a Multilateral special prorate agreement ("Multilateral Prorate Agreement") that provides for the distribution of the interline revenues generated as a result of their commercial cooperation. The Multilateral Prorate Agreement is set forth as Exhibit B hereto.

Prorates. Seller shall pay the premium for the title insurance policy that Seller is required to deliver pursuant to the above paragraph. Seller and Buyer shall each pay one-half of the escrow fees charged by the Title Company, any excise tax, and any transfer tax. Real property taxes for the tax year in which the transaction is closed, assessments (if a Permitted Exception), personal property taxes, rents on existing tenancies paid for the month of closing, interest on assumed obligations, and utilities shall be prorated as of the Closing Date. The parties acknowledge that the Property is subject to a triple net lease and, as such, the Tenant of the Property is responsible for the payment of real property taxes. Therefore, while ultimate responsibility for the payment of real property taxes shall be prorated as aforesaid, no actual closing adjustment for taxes shall be made at closing. Seller shall credit the Buyer with the amount of any escrow being held by Seller from Tenant for the payment of taxes. Prepaid rents, security deposits, and other unearned refundable deposits regarding the tenancies shall be assigned and delivered to Buyer at closing. The Property DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A SPECIAL TAX ASSESSMENT OR DEFERRAL PROGRAM.
Prorates. ZK and UA shall provide access to each other's system by maintaining the current standard prorate methodology (straight rate proration) to support the overall program and to stimulate incremental traffic from UA to ZK, and ZK to UA. Prorates. Children who enroll after the opening of the school year will be charged a prorated amount for the month in which the they enter. For example, if the child enters the 2nd week of the month, you will pay for 3 weeks of that month and if your child enters on the last week of the month, you will pay for that week only. Regular tuition begins on the first full month following enrollment.
