PREPAID RENTS definition

PREPAID RENTS means for purposes of SECTION 9.7 hereof, and, as of any given date during the term of the Loan, the amount of Rent paid by or for the benefit of a tenant under a Lease that exceeds the amount of Rent that has accrued and is due and payable through the last day of the calendar month in which such given date occurs, provided that, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Prepaid Rent shall not include tenant security deposits.
PREPAID RENTS means the Total Monthly Payment for the first full calendar month of the Lease Term ($10,312.50).
PREPAID RENTS means the actual rent contractually paid in advance by the Seller for the French Plant as at the Effective Date.

  • Rental Payments means the rental payments paid by the occupant of a unit, excluding any supplemental rental assistance to the occupant from the State, the federal government, or any other public agency, but including any mandatory fees or charges imposed on the occupant by the Owner as a condition of occupancy of the unit.

  • Lease Payment means any form of payment, including a land lease, by a public entity to the private entity for the use of a qualifying project.

  • Assignment of Rents means an instrument that transfers the beneficial interest under a deed of trust from one lender/entity to another.

  • Individual PAGA Payment means the Aggrieved Employee’s pro rata share of 25% of the PAGA Penalties calculated according to the number of Workweeks worked during the PAGA Period.

  • Minimum Rent means Fifty Million Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Six and 00/100ths Dollars ($50,033,976.00), subject to adjustment as provided in Section 3.1.1(b).

  • Operating Leases means all real or personal property leases under which any Company is bound or obligated as a lessee or sublessee and which, under GAAP, are not required to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Company; provided that Operating Leases shall not include any such lease under which any Company is also bound as the lessor or sublessor.
