Professional Development a. The Board retains its inherent right to establish criteria for reappointment, promotion, and professional evaluations. However, for the duration of this Agreement, the Board agrees to use the criteria set forth in this Agreement, to evaluate faculty being considered for reappointment, promotion, and other professional evaluations.
