Procurement of Similar Services. The District may procure, upon such terms and in such manner as it deems appropriate, services similar to or in replacement of those CM Services terminated in accordance with this Agreement. The District shall in such event have the right to use as it may determine, and to provide to the person or entity providing such similar or replacement services, any and all documents, schedules, estimates, or other materials prepared or obtained by the Construction Manager pursuant to this Agreement.
