Prioritized Improvement Plan and Presentation. In progress. Carollo completed the initial effort related to this task in 2019/2020 and issued a draft report to Tempe for review. Additional effort for this task is planned in 2021 for Tempe feedback. report finalization, and presentation to the City. Carollo will develop a prioritized 10-year Improvement Plan for the two water treatment plants. The Improvement Plan will forecast operations and maintenance cost estimates, treatment process alternatives, and phased Capital outlays for large projects, in an annual budget for the next 10 years. Carollo will present the Improvement Plan to the City for their review. The City’s feedback will be used to adjust the plan and the revised Improvement Plan will be created, and will be included in the Final Report. Deliverables: • Complete.
