Printing of Collective Bargaining Agreement. Upon the completion of the collective negotiating process between the parties, the agreed upon collective bargaining agreement shall be printed by a printer and in a number mutually agreed upon, the Union shall pay the printing costs, and the City shall reimburse the Union one- half of such printing costs within thirty (30) days of submitting the invoice for the aforementioned printing.
