Leachate Pay. Employees working in the Fleet Section shall receive a premium of THREE DOLLARS AND TWENTY–FIVE CENTS ($3.25) per hour for each hour working on a garbage packer. Effective July 16th, 2019, the Leachate Premium will increase to THREE DOLLARS AND THIRTY-ONE CENTS ($3.31) per hour. Effective April 1st, 2020, the Leachate Premium will increase to THREE DOLLARS AND THIRTY-SEVEN CENTS ($3.37) per hour. Effective April 1st, 2021, the Leachate Premium will increase to THREE DOLLARS AND FORTY-TWO CENTS ($3.42) per hour. Effective April 1st, 2022, the Leachate Premium will increase to THREE DOLLARS AND FORTY-SEVEN CENTS ($3.47) per hour.

  • Synopsis and Benefit to Xxxxxxx County Xxxxxxx County has been working with the State of Oregon for several years to provide correctional services for the supervision of Senate Bill 1145 cases. Xxxxxxx County is assigned responsibility for all offenders on probation, parole, post-prison supervision, and those offenders sentenced or revoked for periods of one year or less, and on conditional release to the County. The State reimburses the County for expenses associated with housing and supervision of these offenders through Community Corrections Act Funding.

  • Code Section 409A Compliance (a) The intent of the parties is that payments and benefits under this Agreement comply with Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and applicable guidance thereunder (“Code Section 409A”) or comply with an exemption from the application of Code Section 409A and, accordingly, all provisions of this Agreement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the requirements for avoiding taxes or penalties under Code Section 409A.

  • Public Benefits This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers.
