PREGNANCY/PARENTAL LEAVE OF ABSENCE. will be available to any employee in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. Seniority will accumulate during the period of pregnancy/parental leave. Before returning to work, following the pregnancy leave, the employee must provide the Company with a physician’s certificate stating that she is fit to return to her normal duties, at least five (5) working days prior to the date of return.
