Pre-School Clause Samples
The 'Pre-School' clause defines the terms and conditions related to the provision or use of pre-school services within an agreement. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the expectations and responsibilities regarding pre-school arrangements, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and establishing a framework for the care and education of young children.
Pre-School. Four (4) students in Early Learning part-day preschool and grade TK/4.
Pre-School. Teacher is a Pre-School educator engaged in the care and education of the children in the Pre-School.
Pre-School. Developmental Preschool: Two-day per week classes 8 students and two 6.5-hour paraeducators Three-day per week classes 8 students and two 6.5-hour paraeducators Four-day per week classes 8 students and two 6.5-hour paraeducators Pre-K SLC 8 students with four 6.5 hour classified staff Preschool Inclusion Case Manager (Head Start/ECEAP): caseload of 30. Any student deemed by the IEP team to be in need of full adult assistance to access the classroom shall be assigned a 1:1 paraeducator in addition to the numbers above.
Pre-School. Pre-School routes shall be selected by seniority and added to a driver’s regular AM and/or PM route package.
Pre-School. Children shall be admitted into the classrooms beginning five (5) minutes prior to the class start time. Staff shall be in the classrooms at that time.
Pre-School. If Child is in Pre-School, you are required to give at least 1 term’s written notice of the termination of this agreement, notice to be given no later than the final day of the term preceding your intended final term. If you withdraw Child from Clowns within the first year (even if you give one term’s notice), you will forfeit the Clowns Retainer, and this will not be refunded. If you fail to comply with this notice provision you will forfeit the Clowns Retainer and in addition one term’s fees are payable, without exception.
Pre-School. Teachers employed in the district may participate in the District run Pre-School program at 85% of the regular cost of the program.
Pre-School. A. Professional Staff Members teaching pre-school will be provided at least twelve (12) hours of planning time per month.
B. ECE/Chapter 1 Professional Staff Members’ planning time will be jointly scheduled by the ECE staff and the Consultant.
C. Special Education pre-school Professional Staff Members’ planning time will be jointly scheduled by the staff and their supervisor.
Pre-School. Paid Holidays - 9: (Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Recess, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇. Day, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, and local holiday). Same dates as TK-12.
Pre-School. Pre-school is defined as up to a maximum of two years before compulsory primary school starts (see section entitled "Primary and Secondary Education"). Walgreens will not reimburse you for the costs associated with pre-school.
