One Royalty. No more than one royalty payment shall be due with ----------- respect to a sale of a particular Licensed Product. No multiple royalties shall be payable because any Licensed Product, or its manufacture, use or sale is covered by more than one Valid Claim. No royalty shall be payable under this Article 3 with respect to Licensed Products distributed for use in research and/or development, in clinical trials or as promotional samples.
One Royalty. For clarity, only one royalty shall be due to Ambrx with respect to the same unit of Product.
One Royalty. For purposes of clarity, only one royalty, calculated at the applicable royalty rate under this Section 5 (after taking into account all the applicable provisions of this Section 5), shall be payable to ImmunoGen hereunder for each sale of a Licensed Product.
One Royalty. Only one royalty shall be payable to Licensor hereunder for each sale of a Licensed Product, notwithstanding that more than one patent or patent claim reads upon such Licensed Product and/or such Licensed Product embodies or was made using one or more aspects of Licensed Technology.

One Royalty. Only one royalty, calculated at the highest applicable royalty rate under this Section 4, shall be payable to IMMUNOGEN hereunder for each sale of a Licensed Product.
One Royalty. Only one royalty, calculated at the highest applicable ----------- royalty rate hereunder, shall be payable to CURAGEN hereunder for each sale of a Licensed Product, regardless of the number of patents, patent applications or Valid Claims directed to or covering such Licensed Product.
One Royalty. The obligation to pay royalties under the License Agreement shall be imposed only once with respect to the same unit of Licensed Product, at the highest royalty rate applicable, regardless of the number of patents and patent applications pertaining thereto.
One Royalty. Only one royalty shall be due for the Net Sales of any Licensed Product, no matter what Intellectual Property Rights are incorporated into such product. Furthermore, Shire’s obligation to pay royalties shall only be imposed once with respect to the same unit of a Licensed Product, no matter how many times that unit may be sold.
