LIVING AWAY FROM HOME ALLOWANCE 27.1 For the purpose of this Clause, a “distant project” is one where the location of the “on-site project work” is such that because of its distance or because of the travelling facilities available to and from the location, it is reasonably necessary for an employee to live and sleep at some place other than his/her usual place of residence.
Lump Sum Payments If, during the Employment Period, the Company terminates the Executive's employment other than for Cause, or the Executive terminates employment for Good Reason, the Company shall pay to the Executive the following amounts:
Minimum Pay The minimum time for which overtime compensation shall be paid under the provisions of Section 208.12 shall be two hours, except that if an employee, who has been notified to report for prearranged work outside of his/her regular work hours on workdays, continues to work into or beyond regular work hours, the employee shall be paid overtime compensation only for actual work time up to regular work hours, and for travel time as provided in Section 208.12 hereof. Lump Sum Payment Upon award of the contract for this improvement, the LA will pay to the STATE, in lump sum, an amount equal to 80% of the LA’s estimated obligation incurred under this Agreement, and will pay to the STATE the remainder of the LA’s obligation (including any nonparticipating costs) in a lump sum, upon completion of the project based upon final costs. Method B - Monthly Payments. Upon award of the contract for this improvement, the LA will pay to the STATE, a specified amount each month for an estimated period of months, or until 80% of the LA’s estimated obligation under the provisions of the Agreement has been paid, and will pay to the STATE the remainder of the LA’s obligation (including any nonparticipating costs) in a lump sum, upon completion of the project based upon final costs.
Xxxx Pay We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. We will withdraw the designated funds from your share draft account for xxxx payment transfer by the designated cutoff time on the date you schedule for payment. We will process your xxxx payment transfer within a designated number of days before the date you schedule for payment. You must allow sufficient time for vendors to process your payment after they receive a transfer from us. Please leave as much time as though you were sending your payment by mail. We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor. The following limitations on Xxxx Pay transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of xxxx payments per day.
Pay Period The term “pay period” denotes compensation earned during the first (1st) day through the fifteenth (15th) day of each calendar month, or compensation earned during the sixteenth (16th) day through the last day of each calendar month. There shall be twenty four (24) pay periods in each calendar year.
Premium Pay “Premium Pay” is a special pay rate for working during times that are less desirable, such as weekends, holidays or late shifts. The City will not pay the Consultant Premium Pay.
Weekend Premium Pay Any nurse who works on a weekend shall receive four dollars ($4.00) per hour premium pay for each hour worked on the weekend in addition to the nurse’s regular rate of pay. Weekend premium pay shall not be included in the nurse’s regular rate of pay for overtime pay calculations, unless required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The weekend shall be defined as all hours between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p. m. Sunday.
Lead Pay Any employee assigned as lead shall receive two dollars and twenty-five cents ($2.25) per hour over the regular hourly rate of pay.
Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday:
