PRACTICUM PAY. (a) An Employee assigned by the Employer to act as a Mentor (Preceptor) for students in the (i.e. Health Care Aide) program shall receive an additional sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour. The Employer will give consideration to those Employees who express interest in participation in this program.
