Developing Market means countries which are not included in either or both of the MSCI World index and the World Bank definition of high income OECD members;
Developing Market means a geographic area in which, the parties in good faith agree that, the Employer has substantially expanded its marketing and services to its clients beyond the level it offered as of *** .
