Planning and Decision. Making Each party will have responsibility for planning, decision-making, and implementation in its primary areas of responsibility. In other cases, joint processes will be used. In either case, the active participation of both parties in many aspects of program planning will be both necessary and desirable. The parties agree to: • Make a good faith and timely effort to respond to requests that are made with ample lead time for participation in, or consultation on, issues raised by the other party so that decisions addressing the needs and interests of both parties can be made within reasonable and appropriate time frames; • Make a good faith and timely effort to use the communication, coordination and decision-making processes established in this Agreement to support and facilitate their collaboration; and • Engage citizen and community interests in its planning and decision-making activities related to the Bull Run Watershed Management Unit.

Planning and Decision. Making Role of each party's decision‐making bodies in planning and decision making Review Process: The terms of the agreement between both partners to this agreement will be reviewed by (month and day) of each year of the agreement. Recommendations for change will be put forward to each party, and the agreement of both will be required for ratification of a change. Union participation Where any portion of this agreement impacts on the language of the Collective Agreement of the public institution, the union will be consulted. Community and student processes Where agreed upon, students, Elders and the Aboriginal communities involved shall be consulted in the development, delivery and assessment phases of this agreement. Utilization of Elders in the classroom as guests and as instructors will be discussed and protocols and processes agreed upon. Items needing prior approval (items a partner reserves the right to approve) Course Outlines: Under this agreement (Aboriginal institute) course outlines will adhere to (public institution) standards, and will be forwarded when required to (public institution) for review and approval by (public institution)`s governing bodies prior to commencement of classes.

  • INTERNET PLANNING, ENGINEERING AND OPERATIONS ‌ Job Title: Internet/Web Engineer Job#: 2620 General Characteristics Integrally involved in the development and support of all Internet/Intranet/Extranet sites and supporting systems. Works closely with other IT groups and customers to define the system design and user interface based on customer needs and objectives. Participates in all phases of the development and implementation process, and may act as a project manager on special projects. Ensures the integration of the Web servers and all other supporting systems. Responsible for system tuning, optimization of information/data processing, maintenance and support of the production environment.

  • TRAINING AND RELATED MATTERS The parties recognise that in order to increase the efficiency and productivity of the company a significant commitment to structured training and skill development is required. Accordingly the parties commit themselves to:

  • Learning and Development (i) Managers and supervisors are responsible for promoting and supporting learning activities for employees in their area of responsibility.

  • Training and Support Licensor shall offer installation support to the Licensee and each of the Members, including assisting with the implementation of any Licensor software. Licensor will provide appropriate training to Licensee and Member staff relating to the use of the Licensed Materials and any Licensor software. Licensor will offer reasonable levels of continuing support to assist Licensee and Members in use of the Licensed Materials, including providing help files and other appropriate user documentation in connection with the use of and access to Licensed Materials. Licensor will, at a minimum, make its personnel available by email, telephone or via the Web, or in person during Licensor’s regular business hours, Monday through Friday, for training and user access support.

  • Research and Development (i) Advice and assistance in relation to research and development of Party B;

  • Advertising and Publicity No Credit Party shall issue or disseminate to the public (by advertisement, including without limitation any “tombstone” advertisement, press release or otherwise), submit for publication or otherwise cause or seek to publish any information describing the credit or other financial accommodations made available by the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent. Nothing in the foregoing shall be construed to prohibit any Credit Party from making any submission or filing which it is required to make by applicable law or pursuant to judicial process; provided, that, (i) such filing or submission shall contain only such information as is necessary to comply with applicable law or judicial process and (ii) unless specifically prohibited by applicable law or court order, the Borrower shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent of the requirement to make such submission or filing and provide the Administrative Agent with a copy thereof.
