Active Participation. While the parties intend that Owner shall actively participate in the management of the Premises and Agent has taken steps to assist in reaching that goal, Owner acknowledges that neither the United States Congress nor the Internal Revenue Service has established any definitive standards for determining active participation in the management of rental investment Premises. Agent does not guaranty that Owner’s participation will be considered active, nor will Agent be responsible for the deductibility of any losses or expenses associated with the Premises.
Active Participation. The activities required of the Group to perform that enables care coordination services with an Entity to be more effective. The activities are:
Active Participation. “Active participation” is defined as action of a Partner that is consistent with one or more of the obligations described in Section 2 above, as well as Partner will work to achieve actual reductions in greenhouse gases and report the implementation of one measure annually to the extent technically and economically feasible. If Partner’s participation in the Program does not meet these obligations, the Program’s obligations as defined in Section 1 above will cease and Partner will cease to represent to any third party that it is a participant in the Program or a Partner.
Active Participation. I agree that I will actively participate and mentor my Scholar(s) for the entire school year in order to fulfill the goals of the Program, as outlined in the PSP Handbook and Core Program. I will try to engage my Scholar(s) in a new educational or cultural activity at least once a month that will help the Scholar(s) achieve their dreams to attend a four-year college or university.
Active Participation. Board members are expected to exercise the duties and responsibilities of their positions with integrity, collaborative cooperation and care. This includes:

The only time that we ask that you do speak is when a new member is added to the group and introductions and group goals are shared. We will encourage you to talk about feelings as opposed to sharing details of stories. We will ask you to do this because not everyone can relate to a life experience, but everyone can understand feelings (e.g. fear, happiness, anger, etc.). We realize that asking you to focus on your feelings can be frustrating at times, but group is a place to learn new ways of making deeper connections with others. Active Participation. As part of this agreement artists commit themselves to active participation on the platforms provided by ARTCOSMOS. A commitment to actively participate on social media is not in- cluded and can only be required based on a special agreement between the artist and ARTCOSMOS. Active participation on the platform includes (non-exclusively) the following: ! Timely response to customer sales orders Unless the artist has informed ARTCOSMOS as being absent, it is his / her duty to time- ly respond to customer sales orders. The target reaction times are as follows:
