PLAN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION ELEMENTS. During this task, the Xxxxxx team will develop a first and final draft of the plan and implementation elements. The Xxxxxx team will focus on identified future priorities and key action items to address those priorities for both the citywide planning effort and for each of the four sub- area plans. The plan is expected to cover the following elements: • Land Use Element, including a future land use map and a character area map. The character area map will identify the boundaries of existing or potential character areas covering the entire community, including existing community sub-areas, districts, or neighborhoods. For each character area, we expect to provide a specific vision that includes a written description, pictures and/or illustrations that make it clear what types, forms, styles, and patterns of development are to be encouraged in the area; a list of specific land uses to be allowed in the area; and any necessary implementation measures to achieve the desired development patterns for each area. • Infrastructure Element, with a focus on the connectivity of the road network, multi-modal thoroughfares, and the connection between transportation and land use. A high level discussion on utilities will also be generated. • Housing Element, which will evaluate the existing housing stock to and provide recommendations to serve current and future community needs, and include a discussion of housing types and mix, condition and occupancy, local cost of housing, cost-burdened households in the community, jobs-housing balance, housing needs of special populations, and availability of housing options across the life cycle. • Economic Development Element, examining the diversity of economic base, quality of the local labor force, and the effectiveness of City and local economic development agencies, program and tools. • Implementation, providing a list of actionable strategies to help achieve the vision of the plan categorized as short-term, mid-term and long-term strategies The plan will be concise and graphic in its development with a mixture of maps, images, photographs, and narrative to create a user-friendly document that is suitable for uploading online.

The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

  • Professional Growth and Improvement Plans A. Professional growth and improvement plans shall be developed as follows:

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.
